Voucher Terms & Conditions

● Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
● Are transferable.
● Can only be purchased from Chole Mjini.
● Can only be redeemed against a single new booking.
● Expires 31 March 2022 and can be redeemed against any available dates.
● Chole Mjini’s Standard Terms and Conditions apply to all treehouse stays purchased with these vouchers.
● No fee is charged when dates are moved around due to COVID-19.
● Voucher cannot be redeemed from 19 December to 6 January each year.
● Consecutive Days - This voucher is for consecutive nights unless the supplier is prepared to agree otherwise with you.
● When confirming your booking dates with Chole Mjini to redeem your voucher, please contact [email protected] to check availability of dates.
● In the event of any unforeseen circumstances that prohibit Chole Mjini from providing the accommodation or services for the above mentioned vouchers, Chole Mjini will refund the vouchers in full.
